WINES OF THE MONTH
Domaine Cheysson, Chiroubles, Beaujolais
Beautifully perfumed on the nose this is juicy and lively with cherries, fresh strawberries and ripe bramble fruit. Some pleasant pepper notes linger on the finish. The tannins are smooth, lending structure but are not overly textural and there is real depth, which balances with the freshness of the style. It will pair beautifully with rounds of saucisson and other charcuterie, chicken dishes with tomato sauces or crumbly, rich goats cheese such as Charolais.
Bodega Urqo, Sauvignon Blanc, Uco Valley
Bright aromas of bay leaf, citrus zest, over a chalky minerality. On the palate the chalky seam follows with elegant citrus notes, lime leaf and finishes with tangy joy. Pairing suggestions with frittata, seared tuna, Parma ham, hard cheese.

We stock around 250 wines, which was purposefully designed and hand-picked to offer a broad spectrum of styles and price points without being overwhelming while being able to maintain good quality wines within our selection. From the classic regions of Bordeaux & Tuscany to Casablanca & Marlborough et al. We also offer mixed case discounts in the shop and free delivery for online purchases when spending £125 along with gift cards when you’re just not sure what wines to buy for someone else.
